How and when can I terminate the contract?
The minimum duration is usually one month. ( may differ for certain offers ) You can terminate the contract at any time. Send the termination by e-mail to support@t-n-media.de or by fax or mail to our address- see contact. Reasons or similar particulars are not necessary. Terminations became active as soon as the last bill is paid.
For reasons I do not know my product is not available. What can I do?
Please check first if server repairs are taken place at the moment ( which are usually announced by e-mail in advance ). If this is not the case please check if you have received an e-mail explaining the reason for blocking. If this is also not the case please send a short e-mail to sos@t-n-media.de. You will receive an answer at short notice.
The client's menue is not available/ I found a mistake there.
Please send an e-mail to our support. They will contact you at short notice.
I lost my password for my product. What can I do now?
Please use the support form at the client's menue and make a request. If you lost the client's menue password as well, send us an e-mail using the e-mail account you gave to use at your registration. Please give us your client's number and your full name.
May I rent my product ( reseller )?
Yes. You may receive discounts depending from a definite taking. These are awarded individually and customer-specific. The discount is indicated as percentage and subtracted from your monthly bill.
When and how do I receive bills?
The bills must be paid at the 1. or 15. of each month. If you had ordered the product for example at the 4th of April, you receive your bill at the 8th of April ( 7 days prior to the 15. of the month ) and you have one week to pay the bill. After receiving the amount, this will be noted at your client's menue. You always receive the bills at your given e-mail-address.
May I give my access data to a third person?
You are responsible for your access. Usually passwords should be kept secret and not given to a third person. A modification of the password is possible at any time.
